 Spent A Lot Of Time In The Past

In my previous blogs (https://yaknowwhen.blogspot.com/) I have spent time writing about sports and the past, mistakes and my life. Now I want to write about future plans and things to do with my long term goals and how to get out of this mess I am in.

My future goals,

Keep well:

  •       Fitness
  •       Nutrition
  •       Income
  •       Sleep
  •       Hygiene 
  •       Motivation

Fitness, I need to take some old interests and make them interesting… I have always been into sports and things. Taking up MMA maybe a start, as I have had interests in these things previously.

Nutrition, I need to eat more and more of the right things and drink more things that have vitamins and minerals in them. This has been the constant downfall of my mental well being, carbs and proteins are very necessary. I have made a meal planner where I eat at allotted times in the day and put in a spreadsheet what I have eaten to make sure the lack of food is no longer playing a part in my mental downfalls.

Income, well I am on benefits until I am well enough to get back into work, back to work should come with the plan coming together.

Sleep, I need a good environment to settle in, so far I am able to sleep well and getup when I need to.

Hygiene, I could do with better mouth hygiene and a cleaner look and a good time table for getting house tidy and clean.

Motivation, should come with most of the above and keep me ticking over, so I can be happy and confident in what I am able to do.

 

 

All these things above should enable me to have the drive motivation and confidence to start a better life. I am a relatively simple person and I like to protect what I have so these things are able to help with those things. I shall be aiming to go to college this year also to improve on some of my qualifications to open a door for a job hopefully.
