The Checklist

 If all is going well

My first post should be well on the way to becoming routine. I have had some ups and downs emotionally since coming out of hospital, I must say that my main living space is well kept, my energy is on the way up and I am slowly becoming fatter.

Fatter is good by the way, I was far too skinny before, I have also quit smoking so my income is going up.

Really happy with the progress and how things are going, need to sort my fitness out though, would be good to start getting back on the bike and cycling until I am finally motivated enough to get a job. These are good days though, the bad ones are not on their way yet but I can still see myself slipping back into them.

I have quit smoking now for 2 weeks on Friday, life is starting to seem better, I am more aware of when I am hungry (which has always been a problem). I am starting to taste my food again and drinks which is good, I am also having less in the way of mental blocks which is a god send.

The routine is slowly starting to come into place, I am washing pots and things after meals, having regular showers, keeping the place clean and tidy and still playing Xbox and doing all the things I like so I am really grateful for this chance to better myself and my life.

For those of you whom do not know I had a severe mental breakdown and that is the reason for the blog (Yaknowwhen.blogspot.com).

Anyway, so I am looking forwards to the future and things now, hopefully I will not be here for too much longer in this place and needing help etc... Hopefully, I will have got myself sorted and on to a better way, with new prosperities.
